It’s an honor to have Joy Scott Millinery with us for the third year in a row! Joy’s talent as a Milliner is exemplary. She not only makes extraordinary bridal pieces, but she also makes extremely fashionable hats for men and women! She will be making the bridal head piece for the 2012 eleven eleven WEDDING Giveaway.
Joy Scott is a British Milliner, with a passion for the unique. All of Joy’s creations are meticulously hand-crafted using the finest felts, straws and other materials from all over the world. Joy studied special millinery techniques with Marie O’Reagan, Royal Milliner to the Queen of England, and her bridal headpieces have graced the runway with Vera Wang and St. Pucchi gowns. She has been named premiere milliner for events at the Drake Hotel in Chicago. She is also the winner of a 2009 Hatty Award.
For Amy & Howard’s 11.11.11 wedding Joy was extremely generous. Not only did she make Amy’s stunning crystal encrusted veil, but she she also made the bridesmaids’ headwear and the flower girls’ headbands!
One of the most wonderful parts of being a bride is feeling like the most special person on earth. Nothing can make you feel more special than having a wedding gown custom designed especially for you! We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Kpoene’ Kofi-Bruce, owner of Mignonette, on our creative team for the 2012 eleven eleven WEDDING Giveaway.
While planning her own 2009 wedding, Kpoene became discouraged when she was unable to find the “perfect” gown for herself. It wasn’t until one of her clients suggested she make her own gown that she decided to move forward with her own custom line of wedding gowns. In 2011 Kpoene’ opened her own boutique in Chicago where she creates gorgeous, one-of-a-kind wedding gowns for her brides. The shop is to die for, be sure to stop in and check it out!
For the 2012 eleven eleven WEDDING Giveaway , Mignonette will work directly with our bride (or brides) to custom design and create a one-of-a-kind Bridal Gown.
We are so pleased to welcome the amazing floral team from Fleur back for the third year in a row. We absolutely love working with the entire Fleur team. Their creativity, attention to detail and delightful personalities make the entire experience a top-notch.
For the 2012 eleven eleven WEDDING Giveaway Fleur will be providing all of the bridal party flowers, ceremony decor and reception decor. We cannot wait to see their work displayed at the Nature Museum. Our winners will be extremely lucky!

Amanda Hein Photography will be the exclusive photographer for the 2012 eleven eleven WEDDING Giveaway (and all of it’s associated events)! Amanda will be donating an engagement photo session with the lucky couple, 8 hours of continuous wedding day coverage, a second photographer, a DVD of Hi-Res proofs, and online proofing and ordering for 90 days. She will also be photographing our live reveal party and the monthly planning sessions with our winners. In this case, a picture is worth way more than a thousand words!

The Nature Museum’s unique, natural beauty will lend an enchanting theme to this year’s eleven eleven WEDDING . Highlights include the Atrium and Courtyard, and South Gallery. Guests will be dazzled by the natural beauty of the outdoor ravine plaza and indoor glass-enclosed lobby. The South Gallery features floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Lake Michigan.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Museum on Sunday, November 11, 2012.
